Sunday Youth Nights
Sunday Youth Nights take place 6:15 - 8:15 p.m. in the Parish Hall and will include the following:
  • Welcome, Drinks and Snacks - 6:15 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Faith Formation (Bible Study) - 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
    • This winter our focus will be on happiness! Such a basic concept yet it is the goal of all our actions. We all seek happiness but how do we know where to find it? We will be using Healing the Culture's "Principles and Choices" as our main source. The format includes a fun engaging teaching presentation followed up by group discussion. References to scripture, the CCC, saints, and the culture today are always given so that teens can apply them to their lives.
  • Social - 7:30 - 8:15 p.m.
    • After our hour of Faith Formation, we will spend time hanging out socializing. This usually includes a game or activity. The goal is to build healthy Christian relationships.
Teens can opt to come to just one part of the night or the other. However, a teen must have a written/verbal permission from a parent in order to leave early. This is for the safety of the teen.
