St. John Parish in McLean operates a Thrift Shop for all residents of Northern Virginia. It is located on the lower level of Carlin Hall under the Parish office, which is just off Old Dominion
Drive at the intersection of Linway Terrace and Birch Road in McLean. The address is St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, 6420 Linway Terrace, McLean, Va. 22101. The hours are Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. until
2:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Drop offs and donations are accepted during all open hours and again on Mondays from 9:30 a.m. until Noon. Volunteers are always needed to help run the shop. Proceeds
go to the parish for tithing. Excess goods go to many different charities throughout Northern Virginia and D.C.
