Rehearsals are held Wednesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:15 p.m. An audition is encouraged. Call the music office for more information. Saint Gregory Choir: a choir of professional and semi-professional voices (SATB) who sing regularly for the 12:00 Noon Mass (Extraordinary Form) on Sunday. Rehearsals are held Thursdays from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. An audition is required. Call the music office for more information. Saint John Treble Choir (boys) and Treble Choir (girls): choirs of young voices between the ages of 8 and 14 who sing regularly for the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Friday and occasionally for the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday. Rehearsals are 7:30 - 8:10 a.m. M, W, F (girls); T, T, F (boys). Regular attendance, punctuality, and the desire to be part of a team are required. Call the music office for more information. Instrumentalists: A roster is kept of those who want to participate in the parish music program by playing an instrument. An audition is required. Call the music office for more information. Violin and Piano: through MusicKidsDC, the SJB music department offers violin and piano lessons according to the Suzuki method of instruction.
